The Gabe Marks Show continues in Pullman

Cougar fans were gushing about freshman wide receiver Gabe Marks during fall camp, and so far, he has lived up to the hype. On third and short from the Colorado 32 on Saturday, WSU quarterback Connor Halliday rolled out of the pocket and heaved one across his body to the end zone where it was hauled in by the Los Angeles native. It was Marks' second touchdown reception of the season. Here's the play:

Halliday, a redshirt sophomore, also has looked impressive in three career starts, throwing four touchdown passes against UNLV last Friday and another four against the Buffaloes on Saturday. Washington State faithful will have no problem getting used to that Halliday-Marks combination for the future.
