TEMPE, Ariz. – Arizona State head volleyball coach has brought in Jackie Scarduzio as the first director of operations for the indoor volleyball team. Scarduzio will also serve as the assistant coach of the new sand program.
Scarduzio was hired on Monday, August 5, and with the hire she rounds out the coaching staff for both volleyball programs for the Sun Devils.
Already in the Phoenix volleyball scene, Scarduzio is familiar with facets of the ASU program. She most recently was the head coach at St. Mary’s High School and leading the program to state play-offs in 2011 and 2012. Scarduzio has also worked with Linda Hampton-Keith at Shenu Volleyball Club.
Scarduzio is a graduate of Arizona State University. After earning a full academic scholarship, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BAE in secondary education with a mathematics specialization.
