Ducks Announce Men’s Golf Schedule

EUGENE, Ore. – The University of Oregon men’s golf team will take part in 12 regular-season tournaments during the 2013-14 season, highlighted by the Duck Invitational, which will be hosted in Eugene, March 24-25.
During postseason play, Oregon will also host one of the NCAA Regional Tournaments, May 15-17, bringing some of the nation’s best golfers to Eugene.
The squad will begin with four tournaments during the fall season, beginning with the Husky Invitational in Bremerton, Wash., Sept. 16-17. From there, the Ducks will head south for the rest of the fall, playing in the Saint Mary’s Invitational, Alister MacKenzie Invitational and Gifford Collegiate.
The eight-tournament spring slate begins with a trip to Waikoloa, Hawaii for the Amer Ari Invitational (Feb. 5-7) followed by appearances at The Prestige (Feb. 17-19) and the Wyoming Cowboy Desert Intercollegiate (Feb. 21-23).
Back-to-back tournaments in the middle of the spring season will keep the team close to home with the Bandon Dunes Championship before defending two-consecutive championships at the Duck Invitational.
Oregon will wrap up its regular season with the Stanford Invitational and The Western Intercollegiate, serving as tune-ups for the Pac-12 Championships in Tucson, Ariz., April 25-27.
