Video: UW's Jenna Orlandini named Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week

Washington libero Jenna Orlandini picked up her second defensive player of the week award this season after she racked up a career-high 31 digs against Arizona State on Nov. 9. The senior's dig total in a 3-1 win over the Sun Devils was the most by a Husky since Olympian Tamari Miyashiro back in 2009.

Orlandini was part of a UW defensive unit that held both Arizona schools to just a .089 attacking percentage during a two-game road sweep. In the process, the La Cañada, Calif. native is now third in Washington history on the all-time digs list and is just the 13th player in conference history to tally more than 1,800 digs.

Orlandini joined Pac-12 Networks' Sarah Kezele to look ahead to the No. 3 Huskies' big-time matchup against No. 4 USC Friday in Seattle and what it was like to have her mom as her high school coach.
