Video: Rick Neuheisel sings the praises of USC's Ed Orgeron

It's well known that Pac-12 Networks football analyst Rick Neuheisel is musically inclined. He closed out the 2012 season in song. This season he's made two lyrical appearances on "The Dan Patrick Show," first with a lovely tribute to Johnny Manziel in September and then with "Born in the SEC" earlier this month.

Now it's USC and and the team's improbable run under interim head coach Ed Orgeron that are the subject of his latest vocal stylings. Fresh off a 20-17 upset win over then-No. 4 Stanford last Saturday, Neuheisel rhythmically ponders how far "Ed O" can take the Trojans during the latest editon of the Pac-12 Networks Football Podcast.

Some of the highlights include Neuheisel waxing poetry about Orgeron's edible rewards for USC, the team's four-game winning streak and the excitement that's returned to the Coliseum.

The Trojans look to continue their run under Orgeron this Saturday when they travel to Colorado to take on the Buffs (6:30 p.m. PT on Pac-12 Networks.) Neuheisel appears on Pac-12 Networks Football Pre-Game Show prior to kickoff.

To hear more about the inspiration for Neuheisel's his musical tribute, an interview with Oregon State receiver Brandin Cooks and a breakdown of all the Pac-12 Football Championship Game scenarios, listen to the full Pac-12 Networks Football Podcast.
