Spring football returns to Pac-12 Networks

Live game coverage, plus new studio programming highlights remaining spring football lineup

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. (Apr. 2, 2015) – With the madness of March coming to a close, Pac-12 Networks returns to the gridiron, giving fans a glimpse of how their favorite football team is shaping up for fall.

Starting Tuesday, April 7 at 9:00 p.m. PT, Pac-12 Football Weekly returns with host Mike Yam, alongside Yogi Roth and Curtis Conway. The trio will recap all the recent football news, from Pro Day results of former players preparing for the NFL Draft to the latest spring practice notes covering current Pac-12 football programs.

Pac-12 Football Weekly returns just in time for the Networks’ live telecast of the remaining 11 Spring Games from across the Conference, which begins Friday, April 10. University of Arizona kicks off a spring game doubleheader at 6:00 p.m. PT, followed by the Arizona State University spring game at 7:00 p.m. PT. Rich Cellini, Glenn Parker and Jill Savage will cover U of A, while Jim Watson, Anthony Herron and Ashley Adamson have the call from ASU.

The scrimmage from Tucson will air live in its entirety on Pac-12 Arizona, Pac-12 Bay Area, Pac-12 Los Angeles and Pac-12 Oregon, while the ASU spring game will begin at 7:00 p.m. PT on Pac-12 Network and Pac-12 Mountain. At 8:00 p.m. PT, Arizona, Bay Area, Los Angeles and Oregon regional networks will join the ASU spring game in progress. Fans can also view the game of their choice by authenticating their service at Pac-12.com or via the Pac-12 Now app.

Following the day’s action, the premiere of Pac-12 Spring Football Report will air live at 9:00 p.m. PT (all networks except Pac-12 Washington) with Yam, Roth and former Washington Huskies lineman Lincoln Kennedy recapping the action from Arizona and Arizona State with players and coach interviews from the field.

Nine additional games follow for the next four Saturdays on Pac-12 Networks – April 11 (USC, Stanford), April 18 (California, Oregon State), April 25 (Utah, Washington, Washington State, UCLA) and May 2 (Oregon).

On each spring football Saturday (except May 2), 30-minute editions of Pac-12 Spring Football Report will wrap the day’s action and new one-hour episodes of Pac-12 Football Weekly debut every Tuesday. Pac-12 Networks’ studio football programming will feature the Networks’ crop of football analysts including Roth, Conway, Nick Aliotti, Jake Plummer and Matt Leinart.
