Pac-12 uniform watch: ASU debuts 'Desert Ice' look as adidas school

Pac-12 football is back and there are already some huge matchups in Week 1. While many fans are just happing to be seeing gridiron action once again, a few teams from the Conference of Champions are debuting new or special looks for the 2015 season.

From flashy new trends to traditional threads, check back in throughout the day to see what your favorite team is wearing in their season opener.

Arizona State

The Sun Devils play their first game as an adidas school wearing “Desert Ice” alternates. The all-white jerseys include gold accents, and the helmets are adorned with a pitchfork on one side and player numbers on the other.

California

Cal starts the year by taking on Grambling State at home in Berkeley, where the Golden Bears are wearing blue helmets and jerseys paired with yellow pants.

Oregon

Oregon breaks out some new uniforms for the opener against Eastern Washington. The Ducks will be wearing yellow helmets, yellow pants, and black jerseys with yellow and silver wings. Wiz Khalifa would be proud of this black and yellow kit.

UCLA

Virginia visits the Rose Bowl and a UCLA squad that will be dressed in classic blue uniforms with gold pants and helmets. Check out more pregame pictures of the uniforms here.

Washington State

Hosting Portland State on Saturday, the Cougs are wearing anthracite helmets and pants along with their crimson jerseys.

Stanford

Stanford opened the season against Northwestern wearing white from head to toe.

Oregon State

Breaking out a salute to United States Armed Forces in Gary Andersen's debut as head coach, Oregon State gave its Beavers helmet logo a red, white and blue theme in a 26-7 win against Weber State. To go with the helmets, OSU wore black tops and white pants.

Washington

The Huskies went with a white-out as head coach Chris Petersen's return to his old stomping grounds ended with a 16-13 loss to Boise State.

Utah

Utah ruined Jim Harbaugh's debut as Michigan head coach and did so with a red-out. The new “satin” red tops looked good as the Utes beat the Wolverines 24-17 in Salt Lake City.

Colorado

An odd and unfortunate ending kept the Buffs from getting off a snap as they fell 28-20 to Hawai'i, but they looked stylish donning silver helmets and pants to go with white tops.

Arizona

The Wildcats got a tougher game than they expected from the UTSA Roadrunners on Thursday but won 42-32 while going with red helmets, blue jerseys and red pants. Meanwhile, Rich Rodriguez broke out a snazzy new look – a navy blue polo with a sharp red collar.
