Arizona debuts chrome red helmets in a red-out against UCLA, and Utah will attempt to white out Oregon's green-out. That and more news and notes from the style side of Pac-12 football this Saturday.

It's not a bad idea to make a fashion statement while hosting ESPN's College GameDay. The Wildcats play UCLA wearing all red, but they're debuting chrome-red helmets that should shine brightly under the national spotlight.

The Bruins' visit to Tucson will be in white jerseys and pants to go with gold helmets.

Chrome appears to be in style as fall begins. USC brought their chrome helmets to Tempe, where they hope to hang onto their Pac-12 South title hopes.

Washington wore gold chrome helmets to cap a purple-on-purple uniform combination in a loss against California.

Oregon is calling this its Apple Green look, which appears pretty accurate. The Ducks play Utah with green on everything, including a sharp matte green helmet with the classic Oregon 'O.' And check out the fighting duck on the palms of the gloves.

Countering Oregon, Utah visits Eugene hoping to white out the Ducks' all-green get-up.

Arizona State

Feel that in the air? A Maroon Monsoon is in the forecast in Tempe with USC visiting. This is the first time we'll see Arizona State wearing all maroon in adidas gear.

While we're here, it's worth noting that the Sun Devils will announce a new alternate uniform combination on Sunday.

The Buffs welcome Nicholls State to Boulder, where they await in white helmets and pants to pair with their black jerseys.

Sonny Dykes' crew is wearing white on white with matte blue helmets against the Washington Huskies on Saturday afternoon.

Oregon State

It's as if the Beavs didn't save their look for Halloween. Oregon State fell to Stanford 42-24 on Friday night wearing all orange, including a chrome pumpkin-colored helmet.

Stanford went with a whiteout look in its visit to Corvallis, Ore.
