FOX Sports writer Stewart Mandell's list of the best football coaches in the country has come out and Stanford's tops the Pac-12 contingent at No. 7 nationally. UW's Chris Petersen (No. 12) and Utah's Kyle Whittingham (No. 17) also make the top 20.

Oregon
