Roundup: Unsettled QB situations at USC and Oregon State

USC

Joey Kaufman reports that USC’s quarterback situation is still undecided after two scrimmages. JT Daniels, Matt Fink and Jack Sears all still appear to be in the running, with Kaufman noting that Daniels was the first quarterback to take a snap in the team’s Saturday scrimmage.

Oregon State

Washington

Washington is No. 6 in the Associated Press preseason poll that was released Monday morning, which Adam Jude notes is the Huskies’ highest AP preseason ranking in 21 years (The Seattle Times). Also in the rankings from the Pac-12 are No. 13 Stanford, No. 15 USC and No. 24 Oregon.

Pat Forde of Yahoo Sports considers Stanford running back Bryce Love the most intriguing non-quarterback in college football. USC LB Cameron Smith, Washington OT Trey Adams and Utah WR-KR Britain Covey also get some love in Forde’s top 25 list.

Oregon
