Roundup: Laviska Shenault Jr.'s status uncertain for Washington game

Colorado is unsure whether or not Laviska Shenault Jr. will play at Washington, Brian Howell reports. Shenault injured his toe in the loss to USC, and Howell notes that the Buffs don't know the severity of the injury yet. In other injury news, defensive lineman Jase Franke is out for the season with a torn ACL (right knee).

Ben Kercheval of CBS Sports gives us the heads up that Oregon left tackle Penei Sewell is out for at least six weeks with an ankle injury he suffered in the win over Washington. Sewell, a freshman, had been one of the best performers in the trenches for the Ducks this season.

Arizona has uncertainty at quarterback with Khalil Tate hurt, writes Michael Lev. Tate reinjured his sprained left ankle early in the Utah game and didn’t return, paving the way for Rhett Rodriguez and Jamarye Joiner to get more game reps.
