You might be wondering why third-ranked Oregon women’s basketball played a road game in Alaska (Ruthy Hebard homecoming game), but Sabrina Ionescu had a triple-double and Ruthy Hebard scored 15 points despite feeling sick to lead the Ducks to a 115-36 romp over the Alaska-Fairbanks Nanooks. Oregon also got 23 from sophomore star Satou Sabally (she’s the real deal).

We can’t get to every score from Pac-12 hoops action last night, but we can tell you that USC men’s basketball used a second-half run to push past Robert Morris in an 83-62 victory (AP recap). The Trojans were trailing by four points with a little more than 12 minutes remaining before an 18-4 run gave them control of the game.

He will be playing his senior year at Spire Prep Academy in Ohio and will be eligible for the 2020 NBA Draft. Meanwhile, LiAngelo Ball is planning to sign a G League contract and enter the available player pool, Shams Charania reports (Yahoo on the link, which notes that he hadn’t signed the contract as of link-publishing time).
