Live coverage of softball returns to Pac-12 Networks with the 2019 Kajikawa Classic from Feb. 8-10 at Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium, home of the Arizona State Sun Devils. The Networks will televise 12 games over three days of the tournament, including games for Arizona State, Oregon, Oregon State, Stanford and Utah. Additionally, a 13th game will be covered on Friday via the Pac-12 Plus live stream.

 

Talent assignments for the Kajikawa Classic include the duos of play-by-play announcer Anne Marie Anderson and analyst Amanda Freed, as well play-by-play announcer Ann Schatz with Kenzie Fowler as analyst.

 

Live coverage of the 13 games will air across Pac-12 Networks’ seven channels and live stream, with five airing nationally on Pac-12 Network. All 12 of the televised games will also air on their respective Pac-12 Networks regional channels. In addition, 11 of the 12 televised games will also air live locally on Pac-12 Arizona. 

 

Following the Kajikawa Classic, Pac-12 Networks coverage of softball will ramp back up on Saturday, March 16 with UCLA at Washington, who reached the 2018 Women's College World Series finals, and Oregon at Arizona.

 

Pac-12 Networks coverage of softball all season will feature calls from play-by-play announcers Cindy Brunson, Krista Blunk, J.B. Long, Kate Scott, Ann Schatz, Anne Marie Anderson, Troy Clardy and Daron Sutton. Analysts for the season include Barb Jordan, Teri Goldberg, Tammy Blackburn, Danielle Lawrie, Amanda Freed and Kenzie Fowler.

 

In total, each Pac-12 program will be covered at least 15 times on Pac-12 Networks, including: Arizona (16), Arizona State (20), California (15), Oregon (20), Oregon State (15), Stanford (15), UCLA (17), Utah (17) and Washington (20). A total of seven rivalry matchups will be covered this season, including two games with Stanford at California March 23-24, two featuring Arizona State at Arizona from March 29-30 and a three-game weekend series with Oregon State at Oregon April 26-28.
