SAN FRANCISCO – Entering Pac-12 Networks’ eighth season of coverage, women’s volleyball will be televised 88 times, with each school appearing at least 12 times this season. The 2019 women’s volleyball schedule begins with Pac-12 and NCAA Champion Stanford hosting Texas on Sept. 8.

Six Pac-12 teams ended the 2018 season ranked in the final AVCA Coaches Poll, with Stanford claiming the top spot. Stanford, led by 2018 Pac-12 Player of the Year and AVCA National Player of the Year Kathryn Plummer, will appear on Pac-12 Networks 18 times over the course of the regular season.

Also rounding out last season in the top 25, No. 9 Oregon will make 16 regular-season appearances on Pac-12 Networks, with No. 16 Washington State making 12 appearances, No. 18 Washington making 17 appearances, and No. 21 USC and No. 25 Arizona both making 15 appearances.

The Cardinal highlighted eight Pac-12 teams that earned NCAA Tournament bids this season, the most of any league, marking the 19th-consecutive year at least six teams have participated in the “Big Dance,” and the fifth time in the last six years at least eight received postseason invitations.
