SAN FRANCISCO – This Saturday, Nov. 2, the Stanford Cardinal hosts alum Nneka Ogwumike and the USA Basketball Women’s National Team for an exhibition game that will launch their tour of NCAA Division I opponents as they prepare for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo and a seventh-consecutive Olympic gold medal.

 

Saturday’s game, which tips off at 4 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Networks, is the first of three games against Pac-12 opponents this fall, with the next two taking place on Monday, Nov. 4 vs. Oregon State and Saturday, Nov. 9 vs. Oregon. All three, highly-competitive matchups are available for free on the Pac-12 Now app as a showcase of the impressive talent fans of women’s hoops can watch all season long on Pac-12 Networks.

 

The three participating Pac-12 programs have been lauded as some of the most elite in the country. The AP Top 25 Preseason Poll ranks Oregon at No. 1, Stanford at No. 3 and Oregon State at No. 7. The Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Preseason Coaches Poll similarly reflected the competitiveness of those programs by ranking Oregon, Stanford and Oregon State at Nos. 1, 2 and 3, respectively.

 

For the third consecutive year, the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships will be broadcast live on Friday, Nov. 1 on Pac-12 Networks. Coverage of the Men’s Cross Country Championship will begin at 11 a.m. PT / 12 p.m. MT, with coverage of the Women’s Cross Country Championship beginning at 12 p.m. PT / 1 p.m. MT.
