• Forced overtime by registering an escape to start the third period and picked up a point for stalling called on Shields. Griffith scored the winning takedown with just 15 seconds remaining in the second sudden victory period.
• Griffith, who was No. 7 in the nation at 165 pounds, remains undefeated on the season at 22-0, tying for the fourth-longest winning streak in program history.

Norfleet is 7-2 on the season with his two losses coming to No. 1-ranked Kollin Moore of Ohio State); Wyatt Gerl, 157, CSU Bakersfield (Defeated Fresno State’s Jacob Wright, 3-2, as CSUB knocked off No. 25 Fresno State, 26-10. Gerl is 19-3 on the season); Paul Bianchi, 133, Little Rock (Secured his third-straight match victory with a 13-4 major decision, bringing his dual record to 4-1 and is 9-4 overall); Lane Stigall, 149, Oregon State (Earned over three minutes of riding time in his bout, winning a 9-3 decision of No. 20 Jaron Jensen of Wyoming).
