SAN FRANCISCO - xxxThree teams are undefeated going into the Valentine's Day weekend.

• The GymDawgs look to continue their hot streak at home in Conference. 
• Utah performed excellently on the beam to edge out the Golden Bears.
• Slim margins of error in the Tri-Meet in Corvallis lead to a nail bitter.
• Seven Pac-12 school rank in this week's WCGA Top 25 rankings.

PAC-12 TEAM NOTES

ARIZONA - The GymCats went to Pauley Pavillion this past weekend. They came up short in the end, 197.675-195.375. Three GymCats posted personal high scores in the meet. Haylie Hendickerson scored a season-high of 9.825 and Sirena Linton made her debut with a career-high 9.775 on the uneven bars. Courtney Cowles earned a season-high 9.775 on the floor. The GymCats take their talents on the road in a fierce competition at Washington on Saturday, February 15.

ARIZONA STATE - The SunDevils took their talents to Corvallis in a heated Tri meet with No. 22 Oregon State and No. 9 LSU. The SunDevils scored 49.125 on vault. They were led by freshman Hannah Scharf as she earned a career-best 9.875. The SunDevils scored over 49 points or better on the bars for the second-straight meet. Cairo Leonard-Baker led the way with 9.900 points on bars. SunDevils are back home for two weeks with competitions against No. 4 UCLA and No. 13 Washington.

CALIFORNIA - The Golden Bears scored a season-high 197.325 overall, however, that was not enough as the Utes edge by them with 197.550.  Both teams were tied at 147.925 points going into the final rotation. The Golden Bears scored season-highs in the balance beam. Kyana George picked up a win in the all-around after logging career-highs on bars and beam with 9.900 points. 

OREGON STATE - The Beavers rally for a late comeback in the last two rotation. They fell short in by one-tenth of a point and came in second to No. 9 LSU. The Beavers stayed undefeated in conference (3-0) but suffer a loss overall(8-3). Maela Lazaro, Isis Lowry, and Kaitlyn Yanish share the balance beam title with a 9.925 score. Freshman Jenna Domingo earned a new career-high in the balance beam with a 9.875. The Beavers take their talents on the road with conference competitions against Utah and California.

STANFORD - The Cardinals were handed another loss in conference. Stanford got off to a decent start on vault, posting 48.900, struggled on bars, then closed strong on beam (49.000) and floor (48.500). Kyla Bryant earned a career-high (9.925) on beam to win the event title and second on floor (9.875) and third on the vault (9.825). Stanford resumes competition on Sunday when cross-town rival California comes to the Farm.

UCLA - No. 5 UCLA scored a season-high 197.675-195.375 in a victory over No. 20 Arizona in the Bruins' Pride Meet. Seniors Felicia Hano and Kyla Ross started the meet off strong in the first rotation on vault with back to back 9.900 points. Three of the four newcomers to the program all of whom earned a score of 9.85 or higher on an event. The freshman Kalyany Steele earned a career-high 9.85 on the uneven. The freshman duo of Chloe Lashbrooke and Emma Andres earned 9.85 on the floor to help lift the Bruins over the GymCats.

UTAH - The Utes travel to the Bay Area and edged out the win against the Golden Bears. The meet came down to the final rotation and the Utes closed out the meet on beam. Maile O'Keefe came up clutch with the career-high 9.95 performance. Cristal Isa followed up that with a 9.90 point performance to help bring the team score to 49.625 over the Golden Bears' 49.400. 

WASHINGTON - The GymDawgs went onto the farm and came out victorious. The No. 13 ranked GymDawgs improved to 3-0 in the conference.  Washington won the meet outright. Five Huskies walked away with the 6 individual event titles. Evanni Roberson tied with teammate Madison Copiak for the bars title with a score of 9.900 and Roberson took home the all-around title with the score of 39.225.
