• At North Dakota State, Griffith recorded a 5-0 decision over No. 11 Andrew Fogarty. It was his fifth win over a ranked opponent this season.
• At South Dakota State, Griffith recorded a dominating 16-5 major decision over Kenny O’Neil.
• Griffith has now won 26 straight, the second longest winning streak in program history.

Also nominated: Anthony Valencia, 174, Arizona State (posted a 31-seconds pin over Dylan Miricle of Cal Poly, then added another 41-second fall over Cal State Bakersfield’s Albert Urias as the Sun Devils improved to 14-1. Valencia is now 19-5 this season).
