• Heading into the final week of the season, OREGON has already clinched at least a share of the Pac-12 regular-season title and the  No. 1 seed in the Pac-12 Tournament. It is the third-straight title for the Ducks. The top-four teams are locked in but only the Ducks have secured the top seed.

• Six Pac-12 teams remain ranked in the Associated Press poll with the Ducks holding tight at No. 3. STANFORD and UCLA are in the top-10, at No. 4 and No. 9, respectively. ARIZONA is No. 13, OREGON STATE is No. 17 and ARIZONA STATE is No. 24. Five teams are rankedin the USA Today/WBCA Coaches poll.

• The Ducks are in the driver’s seat when it looks to claim the Conference’s regular-season title outright at home when they host Washington State and Washington. A pivotal top-15 matchup between the Cardinal and Wildcats on Pac-12 Networks on Friday, Feb. 28 on Pac-12 Network will go a long way at clearing up seeds Nos. 2-4.

• Four of the Conference’s top freshmen clash this weekend when the LA teams host the Mountain schools. COLORADO’s Jaylyn Sherrod and UTAH’s Lola Pendande look to help their teams build on upset victories recorded last weekend. UCLA’s Charisma Osborne and USC’s Alissa Pili look to protect their home courts after coming off a pair of close games which the Trojans were on the winning side, while the Bruins were upset.

• It was a historic night when Oregon traveled to Stanford on Monday night. In addition to the Ducks clinching at least a share of their third-straight regular-season crown, Sabrina Ionescu became the first-ever men’s or women’s player in NCAA history to have 2,000 points, 1,000 rebounds and 1,000 assists. She also logged a triple-double, the 26th of her career, more than double the next person on the list.

• The Atlanta Tipoff Club announced its 10 semifinalists for the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year Award. Among the names listed were OSU’s Mikayla Pivec and Arizona’s Aari McDonald. Finalists will be announced in mid-March.

• Hall of fame head coach Tara VanDerveer of Stanford VanDerveer is approaching the all-time wins record, needing just eight victories to tie legendary coach Tennessee’s Pat Summitt who owns the mark with 1,098 career victories from 1975-2012.
