SAN FRANCISCO - “Pac-12 Perspective,” a new Pac-12 Networks podcast presented by Nike, launched this week and will be bringing story lines and interviews from around the Conference of Champions right to fans, every weekday.

Pac-12 Networks talent Ashley Adamson, Yogi Roth and Mike Yam are breaking down the latest updates from around the league and sitting down with Pac-12 coaches, student-athletes and legends, as they and those around them navigate life and sports in these unfamiliar and uncertain times. As the title of the podcast indicates, the trio also discuss how the recent pandemic has affected their perspectives, as well as the perspectives of each of their guests.

On the first edition of “Pac-12 Perspective,” presented by Nike, Adamson, Roth and Yam look back on their favorite moments together at Pac-12 Networks, preview their plans for keeping fans connected to their favorite story lines from across the Conference of Champions and emphasize the importance of staying positive.

The podcast’s second episode features Oregon football head coach Mario Cristobal, who chats with Adamson and Yam about the culture he has built in Eugene. The head coach of the 2019 Rose Bowl champion squad discusses the critical importance of a strong, supportive, yet uncompromising culture to his players, his staff, his family and the Oregon community, as well as how he balances it with competition.

Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott joined the podcast on Wednesday to discuss the financial impacts the Conference and schools have faced during the coronavirus pandemic. The Commissioner also delves into the future and direction of Pac-12 Networks and shares what a day-in-the-life looks like for him and some of his counterparts at other Autonomy Five conferences.

Yesterday, Washington State football head coach Nick Rolovich joined Adamson and Roth to share what his life has been like since arriving in Pullman. He also describes the communication between his players and staff during this pandemic and how he and his family have been coping with the help of board games.

Oregon All-Americans Sabrina Ionescu, Ruthy Hebard and Satou Sabally discuss how they’re preparing for the WNBA draft while juggling school on Friday’s edition of “Pac-12 Perspectives,” presented by Nike. The big three look back on this past season and share their favorite moments from their teammates, while also reflecting on the unbreakable bond they have with one another.

Pac-12 Perspective,” presented by Nike, will be available every morning, Monday through Friday, wherever fans get their podcasts, and on Pac-12.com.
