Washington completes the sweep to earn 2019 NCAA D1 Women's Rowing National Championship

The Washington Huskies were named the 2019 NCAA D1 Women's Rowing Champions on Sunday after sweeping for the second time in three years. It also marked just the second time in NCAA rowing history a team has swept the regatta grand finals in the 23-year history. The Huskies took home the Varsity Eight, the Second Varsity Eight and the Varsity Fours to finish with 132 points.
